Working in collaboration with Temper Studio, MGA was appointed to advise on an appropriate strategy for gaining planning permission and Building Regulations approval, as well as lead the production and coordination of the construction documents, for this new build metal and wood working workshop, and ancillary storage building in Woodspeen, West Berkshire.

The building comprises three distinct elements reflecting the three distinct areas within the building.; the metalworking forge and chimney in solid brickwork with a tiled roof, the woodworking shop in prefabricated timber portal frame, with timber cladding and a zinc roof, and the design studio in a timber lattice frame, with twin wall polycarbonate cladding.
