MGA was appointed to deliver the technical design and construction phases of a new single garage in the garden of a private residential home. Formerly a quarry, the site has provided much of the natural stone that will make up the external walls, and the garage will be topped with a green roof to encourage wildlife in this already very green domestic garden.

Complex site limitations, including a public sewer and a retaining boundary wall meant that careful repositioning of the proposed garage was required. A new planning permission for the revised location was secured in autumn 2020 and construction is to start in spring 2021.
