The proposed holiday let has a split level ground floor, with a double height entrance foyer leading to a generous open plan kitchen / dining room. A new bifolding door opens up onto an external patio, taking advantage of the dramatic views over the Gordano valley. the first floor provides two double bedrooms with en-suit facilities, and a cosy living room complete with wood burning stove.

The design features a high level of thermal insulation to minimise the energy and costs of space heating, and utilises 7 solar panels to generate over 10% of the energy used in the running of the building.
